Neurolysis
Neurolysis is a therapeutic procedure often used to treat neuromas. During the procedure, the affected nerve is chemically destroyed. The procedure involves seven weekly injections of ethanol mixed with a local anesthetic. The injections are given into the area of the neuroma.
